IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Licensee") and SlashHub Limited ("Company," "Licensor") for the TimePlate mobile application ("Mobile App") — a product of SlashHub Limited — and related software components. By installing, copying, or using the Mobile App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Mobile App.
THIS EULA SUPPLEMENTS THE TERMS OF SERVICE. CAPITALIZED TERMS NOT DEFINED HEREIN HAVE THE MEANINGS GIVEN IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Service, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:
This license is revocable at any time, for any reason or no reason, at the Company's sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Mobile App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, at the Company's sole discretion, without any liability to you.
License scopes and device limits are determined at the Company's sole discretion and may be changed, modified, or revoked at any time without notice. The following are illustrative examples and not binding commitments:

You must use the Mobile App in compliance with all applicable laws, including:
The Mobile App, including all code, algorithms, user interface design, icons, graphics, and documentation, is the proprietary property of SlashHub Limited and its licensors. This EULA grants you no ownership rights in the Mobile App.
The Mobile App is licensed, not sold. You acknowledge that the license fee is part of your subscription payment and does not constitute a purchase of the software itself.
The Mobile App incorporates open-source software components. A list of these components with their respective licenses is available within the app under Settings → Licenses. Each open-source component is governed by its own license terms.
"TimePlate," the TimePlate logo, and related marks are trademarks of SlashHub Limited. Nothing in this EULA grants you any right to use these marks.
The Mobile App requires access to:

The Mobile App supports limited offline functionality:
Use of the Mobile App is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Mobile App, you consent to the data practices described therein.
The Company's use of anonymized and aggregated data for product improvement, including machine learning model training, is governed by our Privacy Policy. Restaurant owners may opt out by contacting support@slashhub.hk.
The Mobile App may automatically check for and install updates. These updates may include bug fixes, security patches, feature enhancements, and changes to verification algorithms.
The Company reserves the right to modify, deprecate, or discontinue features at any time. Continued use of older versions after updates are released is not guaranteed to function correctly.
Versions of the Mobile App that are more than two (2) major versions behind the current release may cease to function. We recommend keeping the app updated to the latest version.
Technical support may be provided according to your subscription tier. All support response times are targets only, are not guaranteed, and are subject to change at the Company's sole discretion without notice. The following are illustrative:
The TimePlate Mobile App is distributed through and relies upon platforms that SlashHub Limited does not own, control, or operate. By installing and using the Mobile App, you acknowledge that SlashHub Limited has no control over and accepts no liability for:

The Mobile App is a tool to assist with attendance tracking. It is not a substitute for:
You assume all risk associated with using the Mobile App for compliance purposes. If you need compliance guarantees, engage a qualified professional.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS EULA OR THE MOBILE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (a) HKD $100; OR (b) THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
IN NO EVENT SHALL SLASHHUB LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR:
The Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet outages, government actions, or third-party platform outages.
You may terminate this EULA at any time by:

You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations. You shall not export, re-export, or transfer the Mobile App to any country or entity subject to applicable trade sanctions.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved as set forth in the Terms of Service.
This EULA, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement regarding the Mobile App.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
No waiver of any breach is a waiver of subsequent breaches.
Except as provided in Section 10 (App Store Terms), no third party has any rights under this EULA.
This EULA shall not be construed against the Company solely because the Company drafted it. To the extent any ambiguity exists, the EULA shall be interpreted in favor of the Company.
All determinations, interpretations, and decisions regarding this EULA, the Mobile App, and any related matters are at the Company's sole and absolute discretion and are final and binding on you. The Company's determinations need not be reasonable or justified. You acknowledge that the Company retains unilateral authority to make all decisions regarding the Mobile App, the license granted herein, and your compliance with this EULA, and you waive any right to challenge such determinations.
The Company reserves the sole and exclusive right to interpret how any applicable laws, regulations, or legal requirements apply to the Mobile App, this EULA, and all related matters. The Company's interpretation of any legal requirement is final and binding on you. You waive any right to assert that the Company's interpretation of any law is incorrect, that the Company should have acted differently under any legal standard, or that any change in law obligates the Company to modify the Mobile App or its practices. Nothing in this section places the Company above the law — this section establishes that the Company, not you, determines how the law applies to the Services.
